【獲獎理由】
從80年代晚期的一座國有四星級酒店開始，這20年，陳妙林先生創造了一個可供中國旅游酒店業學習的”酒店•地產”運行模式；并不斷以酒店為根本而發展地產的方向，使開元集團成為名副其實的中國旅游酒店的龍頭；亦是群雄爭霸時期而得公認的英雄式的財富大家。20強和50強都成為歷史，今天的陳妙林，既是EMBA，又是民族品牌的代言人；更是財富的榜樣。
20 years before since the end of 1980s when he began with a state-own 4-star hotel, Mr. Chen Miao Lin inaugurated a new operation module of “Hotel & Real estate” for the Chinese tourism and hotel industry. He continues to develop real estate with hotel as the core, pushing Kai Yuan Group to be the real leader of China’s tourism and hotel industry, as well as the hero who plays well with the fortune in all the severe competitions. The ranking of top 20 and top 50 becomes history now, but Chen Miao Lin is still not only a EMBA holder, but also the image ambassador of national brand and the hero of fortune.

陳妙林先生1986年10月-1998年03月任蕭山賓館總經理、杭州之江度假村總經理、杭州陽光休閑山莊總經理、開元旅業總公司總經理；1998年03月至今任開元旅業集團有限公司董事長、總裁；1998年榮獲蕭山市勞動模范稱號、1999年榮獲杭州市勞動模范稱號、榮獲蕭山區優秀黨員稱號、入選中國旅游十大風云人物、連續六屆的蕭山區人大代表、2003年 當選浙江省十屆人大代表、杭州市優秀社會主義事業建設者。
