劉鳳英女士是北京玉淵潭酒店管理集團董事長，玉淵潭農工商總公司總經理兼黨委副書記。曾榮獲“國家酒店業突出貢獻獎”、“北京市審計工作先進個人”、“海淀區‘三八’紅旗個人”、“北京市‘三八’紅旗獎章”等榮譽稱號。曾任玉淵潭農工商總公司副總經理、黨委委員、經濟審計部部長、辦公室主任、總公司機關黨支部書記等職。
Ms. Liu Fengying is the Chairwoman of Beijing Yuyuantan Hotel Management Group, General Manager and Vice CCP Secretary of Yuyuantan Agriculture, Industry and Business Corporation.
