鄺云弘女士帶領全體廣州大廈人，首創中國公務酒店的概念，并親手打造了這一中國品牌定位史的經典案例。她開拓創新、銳意進取，以先進的理念、超前的意識實施服務定位、經營、管理、企業文化的創新，較好地盤活了國有資產，有效地提升了酒店的品牌形象。
Ms. Kuang Yuhong, leading all the staffs of Guangzhou Hotel, has originated the concept of China’s business hotels and built classical cases in the history of the Chinese brand orientation. She keeps forging ahead in an innovative way to implement the innovation of service orientation, business management and enterprise culture with the advanced philosophy and leading sense, having better revitalized the state-owned assets and effectively upgrading the brand image of the hotel.

Ms. Pan Wei is the favorite person of the World Trade Center Grand Hotel Zhejiang. Encountering fast-changing competitive market environment, she, leading the team, keeps pace with the times and has groped a complete set of the business management style of high-end business hotels with distinct themes. Therefore, the hotel has witnessed the climb of achievements in successive years and always ranked in the front row of top-star hotels in Hangzhou, which not only consolidates the reputation and influence of the World Trade Center Grand Hotel Zhejiang in the industry but also adds the gentle breeze and mild rain to melt the team and also the good reputation of customers.

胡曉潔女士左手運用資本紐帶合縱連橫；右手狠抓品牌建設提升集團實力；在她的帶領下，錢塘旅業成為浙江旅業的一匹黑馬，短短四年時間，錢塘旅業已經在浙江范圍遍地開花；而今，在“集團化、專業化、品牌化”經營運作方針的指引下，錢塘旅業正不斷加速各方運作與發展。
Ms. Hu Xiaojie operates the assets for the vertical or horizontal alliance in one hand, and stresses the brand building to improve the group strength in the other hand. Under her leadership, Qiantang Tourism industry becomes a dark house in Zhejiang’s tourism industry and blooms throughout Zhejiang in just four years. 唐世珍女士長達36年的酒店服務與管理經歷，善于學習，勇于創新，以高度的使命感和責任心，參與和見證了西藏飯店從“二星”走向“三星”的發展歷程， 又親身投入和帶領飯店全體員工從“三星”走上“四星”；目前，正以極大的工作熱情和更加旺盛的精力，帶領西藏飯店邁向“五星”。
With as long as 36 years of hotel service and management experience, Ms. Tang Shizhen is good at studying and bold in making innovations. She has participated and witnessed in the development process of Tibet Hotel from “two star” to “five star” with the high degree of sense of mission and duty, and also devoted into and lead all the staffs from “three star” to “four star”. At present, she, leading the Tibet Hotel, strides to “five star”.

2001年赴美國希爾頓酒店管理學院學習，獲高級經濟師職稱。
劉紅 LIU HONG

她一手締造了兩家風格迥異的五星級酒店，創造了酒店開業一年內評上五星，第一年就實現收支平衡，第一年就加入“世界金鑰匙組織”的行業產業佳話，并在短短的兩年時間，讓普瑞溫泉酒店以文化揚名，以生態著稱，迅速發展，唱響品牌，成為湖南省休閑度假酒店的一面旗幟。
She has founded two five-star hotels of totally different styles and created the favorite tale in the industry that the hotel was awarded five star, had balanced expenditure with the income and participated in the “Golden Key Hotels of the World” within one year. Moreover, she has made the Resort & Hotel famous for the culture and ecology in only two years. Developing rapidly and becoming branded, it has become a banner in the resort hotels of Hunan.

劉紅女士,普瑞溫泉酒店執行董事、總經理劉紅女士先后畢業于中國社會科學院研究生班和清華大學EMBA高級工商管理碩士研究生班，是湖南酒店業唯一的雙碩士學歷的總經理。現為“國際金鑰匙組織榮譽會員”、“世界金鑰匙酒店聯盟地區執行官”、國際主題酒店研究會副會長、湖南省旅游飯店協會常務理事、長沙市旅游飯店協會副會長。
1994年9月，榮獲“首屆湖南電視節目主持人大賽”金獎。
1996年，劉紅所主持的大型談話類節目《頭頭是道》，開創了全國省級電視臺大型談話類節目的先河，而且多次成為省委宣傳部和廣電廳評選的優秀電視節目作品。
1997年，出版《頭頭是道》個人作品集。
2005年4月，榮獲“國際金鑰匙組織榮譽會員”稱號。
2005年6月，成為“世界金鑰匙酒店聯盟地區執行官”。
2005年11月，被評為“白金獎中國酒店業十大風云人物”。
2005年11月，榮獲“創建主題酒店特殊貢獻獎”。
